Privacy

Who doesn’t have concern about the security of financial information on the internet or anywhere else?  If we weren't confident that your order and personal information could be handled safely, we wouldn't provide this service. 

We use SSL to encrypt our web pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the web. When you see 'https' rather than 'http' in your browser address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will prevent outsiders from obtaining any credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers.

Any information you type in is encrypted.  If you are using Netscape or Internet Explorer look for the solid key (Netscape) or padlock (Internet Explorer) at the bottom of your browser. This lets you know that you are operating in a secure environment.

All this means you can safely enter your credit card number and personal information without fear of having it intercepted by anyone.   Credit card numbers are stored only on our internal database which is not connected to the internet and is secure.

In addition, we don’t share your information with anyone.  We use it only to process your order and if you let us, to inform you of some things you might be interested in.

Returns

We’re a new and small company and our first concern is your satisfaction.  Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item, along with the completed return form within 30 days in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price.

Please use a box to return us anything.  Sticking a shipping label on the shoe box makes it impossible to resell.  Thanks for you understanding on this.

Warranty

For a legitimate manufacturer defect, we’ll replace the product with a similar level product or give you a credit for the equivalent value that you can use to purchase other products for as long as you own it.  Not bad, huh? 

Please don’t give us back your shoes with 45,000 off road miles on them—a road shoe naturally—and expect us to call anything that happened to these a manufacturer defect.   On the other hand, if one of our products was truly incorrectly put together, the first paragraph applies.

Safety

Please ride safely.  Please make sure you understand exactly how your shoes and pedals operate when new and check to make sure regularly that they still work that way.  If you have any doubt about how to install, adjust or operate any of our gear, please contact us or the dealer you bought it from to help you with correct installation or operation.  YOU COULD GET HURT IF YOU DON’T FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION.  So do it, please.

If we picture a rider upside down or in an unlikely position on our website or in our catalog please know that rider is stupid and doesn’t care what happens when they land.  You’re not stupid and you do care and we both know we had to put this little disclaimer in to convince you not to ever sue us for anything.  So don’t, please.
